Thanks guys for everything you did for us and best of luck with whatever you end up doing and hope to see you at Cherrywood Road again sometime in the future. My best wishes also go out to Carl Hutchings, I haven't heard anything since the first reports this morning and hope all went well. 4th October 2003 - Added pictures from the games at home to Chester and away at Morecambe 19th September 2003 - Added some pictures from Wednesdays jaunt to the Young's Brewery and some suspect pictures from the Reserve game, positively no pictures of any football 18th September 2003 - Got pictures up from the two games from last Saturday. The pictures from Macca's training session will appear at some point I promise. 26th August 2003 - Loads of updates with pictures from the Leigh RMI game, Shrewsbury and the Shrewsbury Supporters match. Hope to have the squad pen pics and Macca's training session done by the end of the week. No pictures from Monday's game against Gravesend as we were far too rubbish.
16th August 2003 - Uploaded photos from Tuesdays game against Barnet. The good news is that we're signed Leroy Griffiths! I would like to wish John Martin the best of luck after he unfortunately had to be released to make way for Leroy, fortunately John is a very talented player who is unlikely to have trouble finding a new club. 11th August 2003 - Uploaded photos from Saturday's game up at Scarborough, shame about the result (thanks ref) but reasonable satisfied to come away from the first competitive game believing we have been robbed. 8th August 2003 - Finally got my match backlog sorted out apart from the Lewes game, the pictures are somewhere I'm sure. Hope to be more organised now that the season has started and should have pictures from the Scarborough game up on Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Speaking of which if you can spare some time on Sunday morning there is some ground work we could do with some help with. Roll on the new season... 16th June 2003 - The new season is definately with us. I have now uploaded photos from last nights game away against the Metropolitan Police at Imber Court. And there are pictures that don't include Macca, not many but they are there :o) 15th June 2003 - And we have a new football season! Pictures from the opening pre-season game against QPR and pictures of the new supporters team in action are now online. We should have the new official website up and running for the start of the Conference campaign in August, at this point I'm planning to move photos from this site to the new site and hopfully provide better access to pictures. 13th June 2003 - Over a month since my last update and then WHAM a whole bunch of them. Enjoy!
7th May 2003 - Absolutely massive update of the site today, in total I have just uploaded 144 new photos from the End of Season 'Do' and the last few games of the season. The following pages have been added;
Finally I would thank all the players and staff of Farnborough Town for keeping me very entertained this season. Our league survival despite the dodgy machinations of a certain Mister Westley just capped off a truly amazing season. I would like to wish the best of luck to all the players who may be leaving the club and thank them from the bottom of my heart for what they have done for us. Graham Westley isn't fit to lick the mud off the soles of your boots. I will be on holiday for the next couple of weeks so won't (necessarily) be able to reply to any email. 18th April 2003 - I finally get to publish some non-footy photos onto the website. I braved the crowds and paid visit to Marwell Zoological Park and the New Forest Owl Sanctuary, the photographs of which are now uploaded. 12th April 2003 - Another Saturday another defeat snatched from the jaws of victory (or in this case a score draw) as we conceded a late goal at home to Morecambe. A couple of defensive errors and a poor first half left us no closer to safety. The two games over Easter weekend are looking more and more important (unless we manage to beat Mark Wright's Chester City on Tuesday). Let's just hope we can avoid having to go to Nuneaton in order to get a result. 5th April 2003 - To cap what is really a landmark week we get the much needed three points away at Kettering that our recent performances have deserved. 1st April 2003 - It's not an April's Fool. Westley is now gone from the club, we can now look to the future and build the club we want. We may not have the money but we still have a great club and a squad of players to be proud of (at least for a while). I feel truly sorry for the Stevenage fans and those Farnborough players who took Westley's money and ran after him. It's strange but Jim Rodwell has truly shown himself to be better man than those who jumped ship at the earliest opportunity, I just hope it was worth it. Graham Westley is definately football's David Brent! Well enough of my rantings (just relieved to have shot of Westley). I have finally uploaded a few photos from the away game at Burton and a load of pictures from last Saturday's home game against Chester taken with my new digital camera. I don't know who we have obviously offended up on high but we're sorry...can we have a bit of luck and actually win a game or two as our play has deserved.
